We offer a pleasant waiting area and easy access for the disabled and wheelchairs.

The surgery has no steps.

Patient services are offered on the ground floor, all patient areas are suitable for wheelchair users.  Reception is equipped with a hearing loop. Patients toilet is off the main waiting area. It has full facilities for the disabled.

Patients and visitors who are partially sighted or registered blind and need extra help are advised to inform reception staff who will make appropriate arrangements for them.

There is a door bell at the surgery entrance for patient requiring help with access.

We make CCTV recording at the premises to protect our facilities, staff and patients.

You can register by a personal visit to the surgery and completing the forms and the practice pre-registration questionnaire. You can also register using the ONLINE ACCESS ON THE LINK.

You have the right to see the practitioner of your choice if an appointment is available that meets your needs but in an emergency you will be seen by the practitioner who is  available.

When we are closed, please phone NHS 111 or 0121 429 2683 for directions.

After 19:00 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and after 18:30 on Wednesday and Friday and at all times during weekends and bank holidays, request for emergency treatment will be dealt by NHS 111 who will direct you to the most appropriate services provider for your problem. 111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.
